HybridWhat you will do
• Preparation and submission of monthly & quarterly close reports in line with the policies and deadlines.
• Actively participation in budgeting & forecasting process.
• Support on budget planning for SG&A as well as internal reporting, tracking and monitoring of actual against budget
cost.
• Ownership for budgeting planning of BME, free stock, and other income & expenses, by coordinating and supporting the
collation of information with budget holders.
• Ownership for internal reporting for BME to support Marketing stakeholders to ensure financial objectives achieved.
• Monitoring and tracking of free stock versus budget.
• Support the sales forecasting process by maintaining forecast valuation tool.
• Preparation & analysing of internal sales and gross profit reports
• Preparation and analysis of Latest thinking P&L.
• Assist in preparing for the cluster financial review.
• Strategic business cases analysis in collaboration with the business partners by providing financial insights &
recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate at local & regional special projects, such as systems implementations, processes improvements, strategic
data analysis and provide ad hoc support on demand.
• Supporting ad hoc financial queries for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversight and management of local treasury processes (including intercompany & Hedging) and banking relationships
with financial institutions.
• Approval of payments (Bank signatory).
Qualifications - Internal
What We Are Looking For :
· Minimum 4 to 6 years experience of finance (FMCG Company experience is preferred )
· Undergraduate Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
· Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals, financial control, budget and reporting
· Advanced command of both oral and written English
· Compliance oriented
· Excellent communication and analytical skills
· Ability to work with cross-functional teams and cross-cultural organizations
· Proactivity and problem solving mindset
· Strong Excel skills
