What you will do

Kenvue is recruiting a Senior Finance Analyst for its Supply Chain Finance team. As a member of our Supply Chain Finance team, you will have exclusive access to a network of financial professionals worldwide. This role is part of Supply Chain Finance with the successful candidate being a valuable contributor to the Principle, Inventory, Costing, and Currency (PICC) team.  
The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting Kenvue’s inventory valuation accounting processes in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements. 

Key Responsibilities:
Process responsibilities:
•    Serve as the focal point between external audit and internal areas.
•    Organize, monitor, and control audit demands, deadlines, and deliverables.
•    Critically review the quality and consistency of evidence before submission.
•    Support and oversee testing and demand related to SOX.
•    Structure, document, and improve audit processes and workflows.
•    Conduct technical discussions with departments regarding controls, risks, and evidence.
•    Ensure standardization, traceability, and alignment of information.
•    Assist in any audit process raised by Legal Entity Controllership, internal and external auditors.
•    Adhere to the strong internal controls in place to achieve “adequate” internal and external audit ratings.

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance.

•    Advanced English, other language skills desirable
•    Solid experience in external or internal audit (Big4 experience is a plus).
•    Knowledge of internal controls / SOX.
•    Experience interacting with multiple areas.
•    Strong organizational, prioritization, and delivery follow-up skills.
•    Analytical, critical thinking, and ownership mindset.
•    Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP standards
•    Good communication skills to lead alignments and technical discussions.
