What you will do

The Senior Manager, Global CV Systems and Trending is responsible for developing improvements to existing complaint processing systems, creating systems for compiling metrics and trending of customer complaints, interfacing with regulatory bodies, mentoring team behavior, managing staff to resolve complaints for all products, and ensuring regulatory requirements are maintained:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of global CV systems to ensure alignment with industry trends and best practices
  • Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and optimization of CV systems
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of CV systems
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and alignment with global standards
  • Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge system technology management processes to drive business solutions
  • Conduct research to identify and implement innovative system technology and solutions
  • Oversee and execute projects to achieve objectives, track progress, and provide timely status reports to senior management
  • Manage systems to ensure a continuous supply of products and components that meet established standards and customer expectations
  • Provide adequate controls and resources across functions to meet project requirements and commitments
  • Monitor project spending to achieve objectives within the allocated budget

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in a related role, with a proven track record of success in Global CV systems management
  • University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and/or Cosmetic product industry
  • Direct experience in designing quality systems is a must

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$153,850.00 - $217,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
