What you will do

The U.S. Neutrogena Health of Budiness Analytics (HOBA) Brand Growth Senior manager is responsible for business analysis across total Neutrogena, including past performance (consumption), future outlook (forecasting), omnichannel and shipments. Reporting will be used to inform senior management, investor relations and other key business stakeholders. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Supporting new item launch reporting (consumption, shipments, tracking v. forecast for bundle & individual items).

  • Pull together holistic analysis to support business trends across categories, subcategories, franchises.

  • Include relevant competitive views impacting US NTG business 

  • Maintain flow of payments and processing via PO Coordinator direct report.

  • Ensure timely payments for all vendors including down payments, Out of Pocket and any exceptions to ensure smooth business and compliance with Kenvue. 

  • Align with Kenvue accounting and finance including accrual processes. 

  • Oversee health of business reporting and forecasting, representing financial position, risks and opportunities to leadership.

  • Build trusting relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize business outcomes.

  • Coach and develop PO Coordinator.

What we are looking for 

Required Qualifications 

  • A Bachelor's degree.

  • A minimum of 8 years of marketing and/or business analysis experience in Beauty industry.

  • Experience in Mass Beauty with fluency in KPIs of Mass & omni classes of trade.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize forecast and predict outcomes on the basis of complex business data and reports. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. 

  • Strong demonstration of all behaviors of our Leadership Imperatives. 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • In-depth knowledge of beauty markets, consumer trends and competitive landscape, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. 

  • Growth mindset and able to navigate through uncertainty and change. 

  • Feet on the ground, head in the clouds mindset and approach.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$153,850.00 - $217,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
