HybridWhat you will do
The Senior Manager, Plan Transformation & Supply Network Planning plays a crucial role in enhancing AP Consumer Health's supply planning and inventory management capabilities. Collaborating with the Global Plan Excellence Design team, regional franchise planning, and market leads, the Senior Manager will identify and implement best practices and capabilities, both internal and external, across Asia Pacific to support business value delivery. This individual will be responsible for supporting and executing key projects and co-developing strategic plans. The role serves as a central point for supply planning teams and regional IT, ensuring effective use of IT investments, prioritization of projects, and resource utilization. The position is designed to maintain the integrity of supply planning processes, data, and metrics, ensuring efficient process execution and identifying improvements. This includes training, communication, and facilitating/understanding change requirements. The scope covers all supply planning processes – MPS, MRP, DRP, inventory management, and inter-regional supply. It also includes oversight of related master data, metrics, reporting, and analytics.:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of planning processes to enhance supply network efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop innovative strategies to optimize supply chain operations and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions for supply network planning
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to streamline planning processes and enhance decision-making capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement transformation strategies for manufacturing and supply network planning in alignment with business forecasts and inventory goals
- Track key performance metrics and continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Work and influence all levels of the company towards process, people and tools standards, managing the project timetable for APAC transformation initiatives
- Lead the implementation and the adoption of a maturity monitoring tool to map progress towards desired future state of planning standards
- Posses the accountability of training the supply network team via training programs, assessment & qualification programs and creating and coaching a network of superusers that will guarantee the continuity of capabilities in the region throughout time. This includes offering workshops, coaching, and access to relevant information to ensure everyone is well-prepared for the changes.
- Develops a robust governance framework & audit activity to ensure consistency and compliance between process design and actual demand/in-market processes. Identify gaps in processes, systems, and capability and implement improvements.
- Works closely with the analytics team to define metrics to drive performance and process adherence, analyze performance, identify issues and opportunities, and develop recommendations. Benchmark results internally and externally and develop action plans to improve
- Builds global connection and network of BPOs & SMEs to leverage learnings & initiatives. Represent the region in global process teams, to ensure alignment of regional model to global model. Participate in development of global initiatives and support implementation throughout the region.
- Abreast on the Monitor the development in the space of Supply chain network planning, Inventory management and digitization outside Kenvue. Identify new best practices and benchmarks applicable. Evaluates new processes and technologies and determines relevance to the region, adopting outside in best practices
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- University/Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully leading transformational projects in supply chain planning
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and technology to drive strategic decision-making
- Experience in managing a group of professionals in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Change management, manufacturing cost control, capacity planning, and quality control processes
Desired Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in supply chain planning or related field
- Experience with implementing new technologies to optimize manufacturing efficiency (One S4, OMP, Anaplan, SAP is desired)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
