What you will do

The Senior Manager, Brand Development Team Portfolio Management is responsible for managing delivery of a specific Brand Development Team portfolio and innovation pipeline objectives, by supporting decision making consistent with the one Kenvue Way of operating.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partners directly with Brand Development Team (BDT) leader.
  • Actively shapes BDT portfolio and pipeline against Brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Interfaces directly with individual project managers to maintain a live view of pipeline progress and status.
  • Actively resolves or escalates issues preventing delivery of portfolio and pipeline against business objectives.
  • Use detailed analytics to proactively identify opportunities to optimize portfolio and pipeline.
  • Supports preparation for each stage gate ensuring the correct rigor on SOBG and Human Centered Innovation.
  • Lead project portfolio and program discussions with stakeholders, senior leaders, and governance/decision-making forums.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • At least 8 years of experience in marketing, operations, finance, or project/portfolio management.
  • Proven experience leading governance forums.
  • Demonstrated expertise in brand management, building/ executing innovative pipelines and brand product portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment and influence without direct authority.
  • Strategic and creative thinking skills, with a track record of developing innovative solutions to complex problems and delivering compelling business cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute process improvements.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively and use insights to drive decision-making.

Desired Qualifications

  • MBA is preferred.
  •  Global experience preferred.
  • Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) is preferred.

    What’s in it for you

    Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

    $152,150.00 - $214,800.00

    This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
