Fully OnsiteWhat you will do
Manages and oversees compliance activities including development and updating of compliance policies. Leads efforts to communicate compliance policies and plans designed specifically to promote understanding of compliance issues, laws and regulations as well as the consequences of noncompliance. Develops system that provides for timely and relevant information related to compliance to be made available to appropriate personnel. This includes creating and maintaining a library of compliance resources. Works with legal counsel in connection with compliance activities. Prepares and presents periodic reports regarding compliance including the activities undertaken and the activities planned in order to assure compliance. Coordinates with government agency representatives during any inquiry or investigation. Ensures that nay compliance related reports to federal or state agencies are filed appropriately.
