What you will do

The Senior Manager of Revenue Growth Management will play a critical role in shaping Kenvue’s commercial strategy by driving Trade Promotion excellence, Assortment (Mix) optimization, and leading the Strategic Portfolio Management process. This position is a key connector between Customer Development and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring the voice of the customer is embedded in decision-making through an RGM lens. This person needs to be effective in influencing brand and customer strategies while being a source of retailer and competitive insights. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Trade Promotion & Assortment (Mix) Optimization, leveraging tools such as POM, Kenvue’s TPx system, and syndicated data sources to maximize growth and profitability.

  • Drive the Strategic Portfolio Management process, including timelines, training, tools, and outputs that build the foundation for delivering value in the 2-Year Operating Plan (2YOP).

  • Provide strategic guidance on pricing, product mix, and trade promotion to achieve revenue and margin targets.

  • Incorporate new tools, technology, and capabilities to enhance trade and mix optimization, and support field implementation.

  • Partner with Customer Development, Squad, and Marketing teams to develop and execute revenue growth strategies that drive top- and bottom-line performance.

  • Develop and maintain tools and reporting dashboards to track internal and external pricing execution and promotional effectiveness.

  • Support markets in defining price increases and promotional optimization projects, ensuring alignment with global standards.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices and standard methodologies across smaller markets to maintain consistency and efficiency.

  • Deliver actionable insights from complex data sets, effectively communicating key takeaways to influence decision-making and activation in-market.

  • Provide analytical support for special projects and evolving business needs, operating with agility in a dynamic environment.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a University/Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in revenue growth management or related field

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in a managerial role

  • Experience with sales distribution, quotas, and goals setting

  • Strong understanding of sales campaigns and marketing strategies

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • In-depth knowledge of pricing strategies, market trends, and competitor analysis

  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to drive revenue growth

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with key customers

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$153,850.00 - $217,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
