The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical marketing plans, managing cross-functional teams, and driving product innovation and portfolio prioritization for the Dr.Ci:Labo® business. You will lead market analysis, budget oversight, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure brand integrity and business growth:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of innovative and comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate brand presence, align with business objectives, and drive measurable growth across diverse channels.
- Supervise category growth strategies closely working with each category leader with clear views on the portfolio sufficiency and collaborate with Product Development team on the Product + Commercial innovations.
- Oversee and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to create, deploy, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns and promotional materials that leverage data-driven insights, emerging technologies, and market trends.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to proactively adjust marketing initiatives, identify emerging opportunities and threats, and ensure sustained relevance and impact of marketing programs.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships with key opinion leaders, industry stakeholders, and collaborators to amplify marketing reach, enhance brand reputation, and anticipate market shifts in competitive environments.
- Manage marketing budgets and financial models to maximize ROI, continuously monitor promotional effectiveness, and prioritize investment opportunities through gap analyses and strategic decision-making.
- Mentor, inspire, and provide strategic oversight to a dynamic, high-performing Brand Management team by leading talent management initiatives including coaching, development, performance reviews, hiring, promotions, and fostering a culture of creativity, agility, continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in marketing management or related fields, demonstrating increasing leadership responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex insights clearly to diverse organizational levels including senior leadership.

- Strong proficiency in leveraging advanced analytics tools and marketing technologies to drive decision-making and innovation.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics, financial modeling, and marketing research tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership excellence in guiding diverse teams through dynamic market landscapes and achieving ambitious targets.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with external partners to achieve business goals.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in market analysis, product portfolio management, and competitive strategy.
- Expertise in project management methodologies including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and performance reporting.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, driving alignment and change management initiatives effectively.
- Commitment to fostering a people-centric culture that values diversity, inclusion, and employee development.
- Proficiency with business software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, and familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process excellence and continuous improvement.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
