Welcome to the forefront of innovation in marketing operations technology!  We’re looking for a digital-first MRM expert to support the Global Technical Platform Owner (TPO) to deploy capabilities such as Marketing Resource Management (MRM) and it’s support of Digital Asset Management (DAM) within our marketing technology ecosystem. As a key member of our cross-functional (business and technical) team, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless integration and customization of our solutions to meet 2 of our 4 global regional needs (Latin America and North America).  This candidate will play a pivotal role in executing the strategic roadmap for roll-out, delivery and value realization of MarTech capabilities.  If you’re ready to jump into an exciting journey tied to a digital transformation, aimed at creating a frictionless marketing experience, join us on this exhilarating adventure!

The Sr. Technical Product Owner spans 2 of 4 global regions, with two roles open to cover the global scope across responsibility areas such as: Supporting discovery & design of key business requirements, owning the creation and refinement of user stories to support business partners objectives and a healthy backlog, support Global TPO roadmap prioritization by clearly defining business value, feasibility, cost and delivery timelines for backlog items, supporting the engagement model between Technical and Business Partner teams to build/main the platform, utilizing clear cadences, standards, and best practices to ensure clarity and alignment on valuable features to be shipped out, supported, and scaled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively contributes to the overall platform vision, strategy, and own tactical execution to achieve a seamless customer/user experience.
  • Strong partners to various stakeholders across the organization, with a tight partnership with the Global Media and Data Driven Media Capability team to gather requirements, refine, and support feature prioritization.
  • Support in the creation and management of the MRM roadmap using data, research, cross-functional objectives, and goals to inform features, decision, and priorities.
  • Responsible for conducting discovery, defining requirements, refining requirements to follow the INVEST framework, and collaborating with the global MRM TPO to prioritize stories to deliver high quality feature functionality.
  • Responsible for having an owner’s mindset for the NA and LatAm regions and conducting analysis that supports the vision of the platform, cross-functional objectives, and goals to inform features, decisions, and priorities for regional needs.
  • Accountable for key metrics such as NPS, business Impact, backlog health and optimizing the speed to release cycle time and release right first time.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in management information systems, information technology, business or computer science
  • Experience within FMCG/CPG company
  • High level of professionalism and integrity, valuing servant leadership and collaboration
  • Minimum of 3 years of product or platform experience, with a strong track record of problem-solving skills with ability to accurately analyze situations, reaching productive decisions based on informed judgment and driving agile delivery of technical solutions.
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing technology experience with a track record of success, identifying and implementing new technologies, measuring and delivering value and in-market adoption, effective collaboration with technology and data partners and proven ability to network and orchestrate across technology organization and business stakeholders, with a demonstrated history of building relationships.
  • Experience synthesizing vague or conflicting requirements from multiple stakeholders into a single platform strategy through deep expertise in development, engineering and UX specific to the Marketing Resource Management Platforms (i.e. Adobe, Aprimo, or Workfront)
  • Experience leading the selection, build, and integration of platforms including data management, API architecture/design, governance, and support of integrated best of breed solutions.
  • Relentlessly proactive, action-oriented, solution-driven.
  • Proven leadership and ability influence cross-functional teams across a matrix organization. Track record of problem solving, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset, leading in ambiguous environments, influencing skillsets and learning agility.
  • Exceptional business communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate complex messages to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and collaborate successfully to drive value and build relationships with internal teams, suppliers and agencies.
  • Ability to motivate department and project team members, set achievable objectives, maintain a positive outlook, take responsibility, make decisions, and hold self and team members accountable.
  • Self-motivated, adept at time management, building project plans, managing multiple projects with concurrent timelines, while managing and meeting deadlines.
  • Advanced level of English for oral communication, writing and reading is required

Desired Qualifications

  • E2E marketing processes: Financial Planning, Campaign Planning, Performance Marketing, Content Production/adaptation and MLR approval.
  • Integration Technology business use cases and intersection points – MRM, DAM, PIM, DxP, Brand Portals.
  • Local nuances in process and cultural differences in ways of working in regions
