This position reports to a Project Manager and it is a hybrid position based at Sao Jose dos Campos/SP.

What You Will Do 

The Sr Project Planner must guarantee flawless execution of new product development and introduction balancing speed to market, at the right cost, delivering consumer & customer requirements while in full compliance supporting business profitable growth and Support to Market Products (SMP) Projects.

Oversee and accelerate the execution and delivery of multiple product development and SMP projects, ensuring the participation and alignment of all areas involved through a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams responsible for the successful completion of multiple product development projects
• Track and conduct performance reviews of the multiple projects under his/her responsibilities
• Keep management updated on project progress (schedule, cost and compliance), barriers to implementation and risks, with the corresponding corrective actions and mitigation plan
• Work closely and collaboratively with area personnel in accomplishing project objectives
• Ensure that projects are initiated, planned, executed, controlled and closed according to project management methodology
• Develop lessons learned for continuous improvement of new product launch process, launch cycle

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Leadership, facilitation and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution and change management
• Strong communication & alignment skills and ability to coordinate and create commitment at all levels
• Strong problems solving skills with a proactive approach
• Be extremely organized
• Analytical financial skills
• Knowledge of overall supply chain process experience in one or more of the following: Planning, Distribution, Manufacturing, Sourcing, PMO
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience (leader or core team member)
• Demonstrated success in managing of multiple projects
• English and Spanish (Intermediate)
• Microsoft Project

Desired Qualification:

• Thorough knowledge of New Product Introduction Process
• Power B.I. knowledge – dashboards
