What will you do

The Senior Shopper Marketing Manager is the Central Europe Hub lead for shopper strategy and activation for Neutrogena and Regaine. The role is accountable for translating global shopper and category playbooks into cluster-ready strategies, enabling markets to localise and execute with speed, consistency, and impact.

The role leads Central Europe shopper insight and trends, owns the development of innovation trade stories, and acts as the primary CE interface to Global Shopper teams. As a fully embedded member of the Brand Marketing teams, the role ensures shopper strategy is integrated into brand growth platforms and commercial activation.

Key Responsibilities

Cluster-Ready Shopper Strategy Enablement

  • Own the transformation of global shopper and category playbooks, toolkits, and activation frameworks into Central Europe cluster-ready strategies, reflecting CE retail realities, shopper behaviour, and channel structures. Deliver clear, practical guidance that markets can then localise and activate.

Central Europe Shopper Insight Leadership

  • Lead the development and synthesis of CE shopper insights, translating market learnings into clear regional narratives that inform activation, innovation, and brand strategy. Act as the CE authority on shopper decision drivers and conversion opportunities.

Shopper Trends & Future Activation

  • Own CE leadership on shopper marketing trends, retail evolution, and omnichannel activation. Convert trends into concrete implications and activation opportunities for CE markets and brand teams.

Innovation & RGM Trade Story Leadership

  • Lead the development of cluster-ready innovation and RGM trade stories, ensuring markets are equipped with compelling, shopper-led narratives and activation guidance to support successful innovation launches.

Global Interface & CE Representation

  • Serve as the single CE point of contact for Global Shopper Marketing. Represent CE needs, insights, and activation realities into global development, while ensuring strong two-way alignment and influence.

Market Enablement & Activation Excellence

  • Enable markets to deliver high-quality shopper activation through cluster-ready frameworks, best practices, and clear standards, raising consistency and execution quality across Central Europe.

Brand Team Integration

  • Operate as a fully embedded member of the Brand Marketing teams, ensuring shopper strategy is integrated into brand planning, launches, and growth platforms.
