Support Shopper Journey E2E Strategy to maximize the reach of potential category buyers by guaranteeing the physical availability of our Brands at the POS.
Key Responsibilities
Physical Availability E2E strategy. Planning/Execution/tracking
Brings to life O2O Shopper Marketing Strategy transforming shopper insights into effective commercial actions
Integrates Brand strategy, Category Visioning, Distribution and Trade & Shopper Understanding into Channel Strategy
Defines and executes Activation Plan and Key programs and CIW+BME investment strategy
Secures Customer closeness to drive Outside in focus on Brand Activation
Secures Precision in execution at all trade activations
Local Brand Squad Connector
Brand & Commercial Innovation. Secures Pipeline development through Innovation process
Special activation programs
Handles all merchandiser, POS & Supervisor operations

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in shopper marketing, sales, marketing or related fields
University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related fields
Proven track record of successfully executing shopper, trade or marketing campaigns that drive superior results
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
English Level: B2+
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and contribute positively to a team environment
Desired Qualifications
Digitally savvy and understanding of Digital tools and CRM
Experience in FMCG companies (Personal Care, Home Care or food and drinks preferably).
