What You Will Do
As a Senior Sourcing Specialist – IT & Corporate Services, you will play a key role in developing and executing sourcing strategies and managing contracting activities for a broad range of indirect categories—specifically Information Technology (software, hardware, services) and Corporate Services (HR, professional services, travel, consulting, etc.).
You will partner with stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR, and Legal to deliver cost-effective and value-driven procurement solutions that support the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and contracting initiatives for IT-related spend (e.g. SaaS, infrastructure, IT support services) and Corporate Services (e.g. HR services, travel, legal, insurance, consulting).
- Conduct end-to-end RFx processes, including requirements gathering, proposal analysis, and supplier selection.
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to support contract negotiations and execution.
- Manage and maintain supplier data and ensure effective contract lifecycle management.
- Track and report supplier performance, ensuring compliance with KPIs and service-level agreements.
- Conduct market research to support category strategies and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Act as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders, helping align sourcing initiatives with operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management roles.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience sourcing IT or professional/corporate service categories.
- Understanding of IT procurement concepts (software licensing, cloud contracts, managed services).
- Familiarity with procurement systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar platforms.
- Additional European language proficiency is a plus.
