What you will do

What You Will Do

The Sourcing Specialist – IT supports sourcing and contracting for IT-related categories (including hardware, software, IT Services, Network, and more). This role is ideal for individuals with at least 2-3 years of direct experience in sourcing or procurement, or experience in R2P, legal, or finance roles that work closely with procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sourcing and contracting activities for marketing categories
• Organize RFx events and evaluate supplier proposals
• Support negotiations and contract lifecycle management
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Finance teams
• Track supplier performance and compliance metrics
• Maintain supplier records and support regional category initiatives

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in sourcing/procurement, or roles working closely with procurement (R2P, legal, finance)
• Proficiency in English
• Microsoft Office skills
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in working with IT categories (hardware, software, IT Services, Network, and/or others)
• Fluency in a second European language
• Familiarity with procurement systems or contract templates

• Attention to detail, analytical thinking
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and negotiation capability
