What you will do

Ÿ   Internal Communications

o    Design, create, and deliver comprehensive internal communication strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance employee engagement.

o    Craft compelling narratives and multimedia content to effectively convey key messages across diverse internal platforms, ensuring initiatives reinforce core messages and support organizational culture and values.

o    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative projects and campaigns that enhance corporate culture and employee experience.

o    Analyze communication metrics and feedback to assess effectiveness, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and refine messaging approaches.

o    Oversee editorial process including final review, proofreading, and quality assurance of all communication materials to maintain consistency and accuracy.

o    Provide strategic support and guidance for internal communication programs, including administrative and tactical assistance as needed.

ž   WeChat Communications

o    Plan, create, and publish engaging content for corporate WeChat account, ensuring alignment with brand tone and corporate communication strategy.

o    Monitor account performance, analyze engagement data, and optimize content strategy to increase reach and impact.

o    Work closely with business units and subject matter experts to source stories, develop creative formats, and maintain a consistent posting schedule.

o    Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to enhance Kenvue’s digital presence and audience engagement.
