What you will do

The Senior Talent Partner will be responsible for the identification, assessment & delivery of professional talent that will provide Kenvue a competitive advantage. We are counting on you to be a talent advisor as you utilize industry & recruiting knowledge to translate the enterprise people strategy. You will bring deep expertise and market knowledge while staying on top of trends, market changes, and talent competitors, while delivering outstanding candidate experience through the engagement and connection of critical and diverse talent pools. You will also collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Metro Asia and ANZ to understand hiring needs, align on talent strategies, and deliver effective recruitment outcomes tailored to each market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as a strategic talent advisor by actively establishing a collaborative relationship with business leaders by providing recommendations and talent insights using deep technical acuity, market knowledge, and a strong network.
  • Develop a keen understanding Kenvue’ s long and short-term strategies, with special focus on its different growth drivers and innovation pipeline.
  • Represent the company as a trusted professional in the market among the TA community by showing technical expertise and remaining largely connected.
  • Build Kenvue’s Employer Brand Value in the external market place by working closely with global teams on designing impactful campaigns.
  • Drive a best-in-class candidate experience by acting as a career coach who cultivates long term relationships and builds a sustainable candidate pipeline.
  • Promote agile thinking through a fast, adaptive, and iterative recruiting approach.
  • Work on the complete end to end recruitment process for internal clients. Advocate for the global diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and constantly look for self and process improvement opportunities.
  • Use business data, technology, and other operational metrics to recommend a diverse pool of candidates to hiring managers and "sell" the company to passive and active talent. Understand internal talent availability and merge with external trends to influence talent strategies.
  • Actively use both internal and external digital platforms to develop & execute sourcing strategies, build sustainable candidate pipelines, and develop relevant relationships.

What we are looking for

  • A minimum of Post Graduation degree is required
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of recruiting experience is required
  • Extraordinary communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills are required, as is strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment across Southeast Asia and ANZ, with a strong understanding of local talent markets and hiring practices.
  • Willingness to recruit full lifecycle across all functions and levels within a heavily matrixed environment required
  • Knowledge of latest technologies that impact the recruiting industry and their implications in the business and talent landscape
  • Has validated ability to recruit diverse individuals and ability to negotiate and advise on complex compensation packages is required
  • Has knowledge of recruitment practices including compensation, global mobility, employment law, interviewing and sourcing strategies
  • Preferred background in FMCG Recruiting with previous experience of recruiting within a retained search firm, agency or corporation.
  • Possess excellent assessment and interviewing skills and strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments and processes is preferred.
  • Proficiency in the use of social media use (i.e., LinkedIn/job boards etc.) and software like MS Word, Outlook and Excel is required; experience with Workday Recruit or a similar applicant tracking system and with a talent relationship management system is preferred.
  • Experience utilizing metrics regularly to assess and maintain performance is preferred.
