- Developing, configuring, the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
- Follow the ServiceNow development best practices when developing.
- Code reviews and quality control checks to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Debugging and fixing technical problems
- Producing and running Automated Test Framework (ATF) / Manual test cases to guarantee software quality.
- Documenting code and application functionality
- Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development ensures your success.
