What you will do

The Shopper Marketing Manager - Wholesale, B2B Omnichannel is responsible for leading and supervising the sales team to achieve sales goals through effective coaching, resource allocation, and execution of promotional activities. You will analyze sales data, support key accounts, and collaborate on sales strategies to drive business growth and ensure compliance with regulations:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor teams to innovate and execute strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand presence across wholesale, B2B, and sales environments.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and marketing activations by collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, supply chain, and retail management teams to maximize ROI and customer engagement.
  • Oversee resource allocation, territory assignments, and budget management to optimize team productivity, customer coverage, and cost-effective execution of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in sales and marketing activities.
  • Analyze sales, inventory, and campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement at individual, team, and market levels.
  • Champion the adoption of emerging technologies and analytics tools to refine segmentation, personalize marketing efforts, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement through effective coaching, motivation, performance management, and agile strategy adaptation to evolving market trends.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content, promotional materials, and account support to enhance product presence, brand loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and support special sales events and promotional activities in partnership with internal stakeholders.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in sales management or shopper marketing within a wholesale or B2B omnichannel environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams in complex and dynamic settings.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective business relationships across diverse functions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of articulating strategic concepts and inspiring teams to achieve ambitious marketing goals.
