What you will do

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, trade marketing, and product development, to create and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze shopper insights and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with key retail partners and ensure alignment on marketing objectives and execution.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to develop marketing materials and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Operation:
    • Budget management & tracker update
    • POSM Forecasting / Actual tracking / Planning and Stock management (POSM tracker)
    • Perfect Score Management (POSM / Detailing) with Efficiency Evaluation
    • Perfect Scoring survey design & Setting (POSM / Detailing)
  • Physical Availability (Prominence):
    • Brand strategy execution as a bridge between brand marketing and field sales team
    • POSM development by deploying marketing campaigns and execution management
    • Online Asset Management (Online Prominence & Brand Activation)
    • Online AD Strategy & Management (Search AD Optimization / Banner Asset Development)
  • Mental Availability (HCP Engagement):
    • HCP engagement (Online Contents & Offline Seminar Support with Professional MKT)
    • Campaign execution for HCP (Setting Survey & Occasional Events)
    • Detailing score management by quantifying Professional MKT Contents for perfect scoring system
    • Promotional item management for HCP Event, Seminar Related Support
    • Monthly budget execution planning (Cost/budget/qty) while communicating with field team

Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience in trade marketing and field sales, preferably in the pharmacy OTC business.
  • Strong understanding of shopper behavior and retail environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience in the pharmacy OTC business.
  • Proficient in English Verbal and Written Communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong network within the retail and pharmacy sectors.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools.
