What you will do

Job Overview: 
Kenvue is currently looking for a Sourcing Specialist - Marketing to join our team in Prague for a fixed-term contract of one year, with the possibility of extension afterwards.
In this role, you will support sourcing and contracting activities within various procurement categories related to marketing. Candidates with prior experience in marketing categories, such as digital marketing, advertising, market research, or promotional materials, will be at an advantage.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review purchase requisitions and manage relationships with requestors.
  • Manage the full end-to-end sourcing process within delegated spend.
  • Organize sourcing events, evaluate results, negotiate terms, and engage suppliers.
  • Ensure supplier performance in terms of service, quality, and delivery.
  • Resolve supplier inquiries, disputes, and payment discrepancies.
  • Manage contract execution, approval workflows, and archiving in the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
  • Negotiate full contract terms in line with Kenvue policy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and business teams.
  • Drive compliance and support category leads on regional projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in sourcing or procurement OR experience in R2P, legal, or finance roles working closely with procurement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP/SRM systems.
  • Experience in marketing category sourcing will be considered a plus (e.g., digital marketing, advertising, market research, promotional materials).
     

Desired Qualifications:

  • Indirect procurement experience in a multinational company.
  • Additional European language(s) would be beneficial.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle or sourcing platforms.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
