What you will do

The Procurement Analyst (Entry-Level) supports the EMEA Sourcing Operations team in the execution of day‑to‑day procurement activities across the Marketing, Corporate Services (including IT), CCFS, and R&D categories. This role is primarily focused on administrative and operational procurement tasks, including vendor master data support, simple contracting activities, requestor support, and basic reporting and analysis.

The role is designed as an entry point into Procurement, offering hands‑on exposure to sourcing processes, analytics, and stakeholder engagement within a multinational, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Procurement Support (Own)

  • Manage supplier creation requests and ensure accuracy of Vendor Master Data through MDG.
  • Process and support Purchase Request (PR) approvals for the End‑to‑End queue in Ariba.
  • Category Card and Preferred Supplier List updates.
  • Execute simple contracting tasks, including Statement of Work (SOW) signatures and template‑based document preparation using Malbek.
  • Support Service Now ticket resolution related to procurement intake, supplier onboarding, and PR-related issues.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.

Reporting & Analytics (Support)

  • Maintain and refresh standard procurement reports (Excel or BI outputs).
  • Support basic data analysis activities, including spend inputs, supplier usage, and cycle-time tracking.
  • Ensure data quality and support continuous improvement initiatives within reporting streams.

Sourcing Support (Occasional)

  • Provide administrative support to the Sourcing Team, including RFx coordination, supplier communication, and bid tab preparation for simple events.
  • Conduct basic market research or benchmark data gathering when required.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Provide clear, timely communication to internal stakeholders regarding procurement processes, requirements, and timelines.
  • Support education on correct buying channels, policy adherence, and documentation needs.
  • Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of tasks through completion.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and able to manage basic data analysis.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks with accuracy and a sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, economics, or a related field (can be recent graduate) preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience (internship, student job, or up to 1 year) in procurement, finance, shared services, or data administration.
  • Familiarity with Ariba, Service Now, Malbek CLM, or MDG is a plus.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes (PR/PO, supplier onboarding, contracting workflows).
  • Any additional European language (e.g., Spanish, French, German, Italian) is an advantage.
  • Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is beneficial.
