What You Will Do 

The Quality analyst will be responsible for provide support for certain services element for Commercial Quality to support a rapidly changing business with complex and diverse product lines. Primary services in scope include:

  • Quality Operations support for the International Trade organization.
  • Support regional execution of transportation lane mapping studies, mode qualifications and temperature control systems related to transportation (e.g. monitoring).
  • Quality Operations support to the customer service organizations in the region.
  • Support providing Transportation and Temperature Control supplier quality management services in accordance with standard purchasing controls procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with Operations Q&C Processes, Systems and SOPs, in line with policies, standards and applicable regulations.
  • Support execution of process and improvement strategies of the service model in the region.
  • Support the execution of performance and continuous improvement of the supplier quality program, for suppliers in scope.
  • Participate in benchmarking activities and industry conferences; integrate knowledge into the program strategies
  • Support to improve regional processes in support of the Commercial and Deliver organizations.
  • Stablish relationships with internal and external trade as appropriate.
  • Support with rapid issue management resolution in markets.
  • Other activities as required by management.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, chemical engineering or equivalent technical field required
  • A minimum of 5 (five) years of relevant professional work experience in the field regulated health industry: Cosmetic/Device/Drug regulated environment
  • Experience in Quality systems, supplier management, GxP documentation (SOPs INV/ CAPA, Change control management) audits/regulatory inspections
  • Proven experience in working on virtual teams within dynamic settings in a regional /cross-functional environment.  Ideally 2-3 years.
  • Experience in Temperature Control process for transport is recommended.  
  • Solid technical (quality/regulatory) knowledge
  • Understanding of LATAM GxP regulations applicable for cosmetics, devices, and pharmaceutical industries.
