HybridWhat you will do
Consumer & Business Intelligence – Insights Division is responsible for analyzing market research data using qualitative and quantitative methods and integrating other relevant sources of information (syndicated data, social listening, trends) and presenting strategic recommendations to drive business growth. You will manage research projects, collaborate with vendors, and provide insights to support marketing decisions:
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and recommend predictive and research methodologies tailored to anticipate market trends, evaluate product positioning, pricing, packaging, and new product concepts, enhancing competitive advantage.
- Leverage advanced data analytics, including qualitative and quantitative market research data and syndicated data, to uncover actionable insights that drive strategic decisions for consumer and business segments.
- Lead the agenda on strategic workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams on innovation pipeline construction, supporting the business on the different stages of innovation gates
- Manage relationships and negotiate with external market research vendors and multiple stakeholder needs to ensure alignment with company objectives while continuously refining data collection methodologies to ensure high-quality, relevant datasets.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- Solid experience in consumer and business intelligence, especially in market research analysis.
- Proficiency in advanced statistical techniques and market research methodologies and comfortable experience using primary and secondary data sources to support strategic business decisions (Nielsen, Kantar, IQVIA, Closeup, Euromonitor, etc)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights with clear business impact, showcasing strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey research findings to management.
- Fluent English and intermediate Spanish are mandatory.
