What you will do

The Senior Analyst, Operations Transformation is responsible for supporting the Operations Transformation portfolio by providing analytics and insights to deliver maximum value and growth. You will lead, implement and manage processes and reporting capabilities, that will drive and support the transformation initiatives across Kenvue:

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting Capabilities: Spearhead the development, implementation, and adoption of robust reporting functionalities using Smart Sheet and Power BI, facilitating data accessibility and usability across the organization.
• Process Optimization: Innovate and execute strategies that optimize and streamline processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness in support of the program teams.
• Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analyses to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, utilizing advanced analytical techniques.
• Insight Generation: Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse teams to identify, design, and implement key processes that drive growth and improve performance.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in operations or related field
• University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in relevant field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience in setup of share points, advanced use of Smart Sheet, development of Power BI dashboards
• Proven working experience in project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

$110,500.00 - $156,000.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
