What you will do

The PICC (Principal, Inventory, Costing and Currency) Finance team is responsible for Inventory Management, complex financial transactions and flows, costing, currency and intercompany pricing. PICC team ensures that all supply chain/cost transactions, analysis and reporting are accurate and compliant in line with Kenvue guidelines.

The Analyst will play a key role in ensuring a high-quality service delivery model through strong collaboration across Business and Finance. In addition, understanding of the SC processes, systems and ability to effectively frame and communicate with senior leaders, will be important to success and to the team.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

  • Support development of financial forecasts, perform closing activities and analyses of results specially focused on inventory.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze and optimize aspects of the supply chain value chain

  • Bring forward insights into monthly actuals with reporting and analytics

  • Activating excess inventory & SLOB risk management best practices

  • Ensure compliance with all local government and company regulations, policies, and procedures.

  •  Business partnering (i.e. Tax, Compliance, Supply Chain, Leadership Teams)

  • Share business and financial best practices/procedures across the region

  • Focus on process improvement and standardization

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and shaping skills

  • Self-motivated with an ability to drive business results independently

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree (Preferred)- An MBA or a master's in finance or accounting, may be preferred.

  •  Advanced English is mandatory.

  • Cost and Inventory accounting experience preferable
