What you will do

Kenvue is recruiting a Sr. Finance Analyst – Global PICC Inventory for its Supply Chain Finance team. As a member of our Supply Chain Finance team, you will have exclusive access to a network of financial professionals worldwide. This role is part of Supply Chain Finance with the successful candidate being a valuable contributor to the Principle, Inventory, Costing, and Currency (PICC) team. The Sr. Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting Kenvue’s inventory valuation accounting processes in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the team in all activities related to inventory & COGS accounting, ensuring accurate recording, tracking, and reconciliation of all inventory transactions globally.
Ensure accurate recording, tracking, and reconciliation of all inventory transactions across global entities
Maintain compliance with USGAAP and company accounting policies, ensuring proper internal controls.
Act as subject matter expert for inventory and cost accounting topics, supporting stakeholders with technical guidance and insights.
Perform account reconciliations and balance sheet reviews, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging automation and system enhancements to increase efficiency and reporting accuracy
Support audits (internal and external), providing documentation and technical explanations when required.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance.
Solid experience in accounting, cost accounting, inventory valuation, and COGS analysis, with a strong understanding of supply chain finance.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with audit processes, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
Proficiency in SAP (FI, CO, MM modules preferred), Microsoft tools and Blackline.
Experience in a Commercial Accounting department is desirable.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and process improvement skills, with the ability to drive efficiencies and optimize reporting.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
