What you will do

Kenvue Supply Chain Finance is recruiting for a FINANCE SENIOR ANALYST – NORTH AMERICA DELIVER, located in São José dos Campos/SP. 

Our Purpose: 
The Deliver Finance team is dedicated to optimizing the movement of our products from factories to customers. We leverage financial analytics to measure and protect value within the logistics network. Our goal is to provide deep business insights into transportation, warehousing, and customer service costs, driving efficiency and supporting Kenvue’s journey toward automated and faster reporting capabilities. 

Position Overview: 
The Senior Analyst for North America Deliver Finance is a key partner in managing the financial health of the regional logistics network. This role focuses on the Planning, Forecasting, and Reporting of Deliver costs (Freight, Distribution, and Logistics services). You will be responsible for providing actionable analytics to the North America Deliver Operations team, ensuring that logistics spend is transparent, optimized, and aligned with strategic goals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver Cost Management: Support the consolidation and reporting of North America logistics expenses, including Freight (Ocean, Road, Air) and Warehousing variances. 

  • Logistics Variance Analysis (BVA): Perform detailed analysis of Actuals vs. Forecast/BP for Deliver costs, identifying drivers such as fuel surcharges, volume shifts, and lane rate fluctuations. 

  • Cost-to-Serve Analytics: Partner with Operations to analyze "Cost-to-Serve" metrics, helping to identify opportunities for network optimization and transportation efficiency. 

  • Savings & CIP Tracking: Monitor and validate Cost Improvement Projects (CIP) within the Deliver space, ensuring savings are accurately reflected in the financial results. 

  • Forecast & BP Coordination: Manage the financial calendar for Deliver submissions, ensuring North America logistics inputs are consolidated for the Business Plan and forecast cycles. 

  • Digital Transformation: Assist in the adoption of advanced technology solutions to automate logistics reporting and reduce manual data manipulation. 

  • Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure logistics accruals and financial processes comply with Kenvue’s global policies and accounting standards. 

Qualifications 

  • Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Management. MBA or Finance certification is a plus. 

  • Experience and Skills: 

  • Fluent in English; 

  • Experience in Finance or Accounting; 

  • Specific Experience: Previous experience in Logistics/Deliver Finance or Supply Chain Finance is highly desirable; 

  • Technical: Strong proficiency in Excel and SAP is required. Knowledge of OneStream and data visualization tools (Power BI) is a plus; 

  • Soft Skills: Ability to translate complex logistics data into financial insights and communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
