What you will do

The Senior Finance, Director Customer Development & Operations is responsible for partnering with Commercial Organization to drive organizational excellence, enhance financial practices, and ensure compliance with worldwide procedures:

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial leadership for the US CDLT, supporting the US Customer and Customer Strategy teams
  • Lead the financial strategy and planning for Customer Development & Operations
  • Lead & Shape key external initiatives such as Joint Business Planning and customer operating plans, as well as leading core internal processes, such as Customer LE reviews, quota setting, Financial forecasting and trade management
  • Partner across finance operating model to deliver US GTN including latest thinking, forecast, and close support
  • Supporting upcoming financial systems integration including TPX and OneS4
  • Drive financial performance and profitability through insightful analysis and strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and drive operational efficiency
  • Provide leadership and guidance to finance team members to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Provide financial leadership across all US Customers by driving synergies and efficiencies across teams, playing a lead role in IBP integration, and forecasting enhancements
  • Manage and optimize financial processes and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
  • Drive Trade Investment efficiency using data driven insights and standardized analytics which measure trade return on investment; partner cross functionally to bring insights to action
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and analysis to senior management

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in finance or related field
  • University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Demonstrated track record of success in financial leadership roles for sales/customer development/commercial teams
  • Experience in consumer products organizations is required
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience in developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate financial information to senior management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with financial systems and tools to optimize financial processes and reporting

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$214,200.00 - $302,400.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
