HybridWhat you will do
As a Senior Financial Analyst in the Supply Chain team for the EMEA region, you will provide best-in-class financial business partnering and impactful financial planning and analysis. You will play a critical role in developing master data, creating insightful reports, and leveraging tools like Power BI to drive data-driven decision-making that supports our supply chain operations.
What You Will Do:
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting processes through collaboration with key stakeholders to develop robust business plans, including management presentations and comprehensive reporting.
- Master Data Management: Oversee the integrity of master data related to supply chain finance, ensuring alignment with reporting and analytical requirements.
- Reporting & Analytics: Design and develop financial reports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends, aiding in the identification of cost optimization opportunities.
- New Data Model Implementation: Serve as a key contributor in the implementation of a new data model across finance, ensuring that financial data is accurately captured, analyzed, and reported to enhance decision-making.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to elevate financial acumen and provide data-driven insights that enhance decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes, reporting, and analytics to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education & Training: Elevate the financial understanding of designated functional teams by educating business partners on key financial concepts, policies, and procedures, ensuring consistent application.
What We Are Looking For:
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in finance roles, preferably with a focus on financial planning and analysis or business partnering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; professional accounting designation (CA, CMA, CGA, CPA) is an asset.
- Strong background in process design and improvement is an asset.
Knowledge & Technical Competency Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and technical finance knowledge, with the ability to work through ambiguity and manage change effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and experience with SAP. Power BI is a must.
- Ability to present complex information and analysis clearly and concisely to all levels of the organization, including senior management.
- Strong consumer and customer focus, with proven time management skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
