What you will do

Role Summary:

The IBP Lead is an influencing and leadership role, ensuring implementation and embedding of the Integrated Business Planning process. This role required both managing an operational side (by facilitating Regional IBP meetings) but also work as an advisor and a process custodian for the entire region and leadership team. The leader will collaborate cross-functionally to resolve constraints, optimize service levels, and support business continuity across APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead the Regional IBP Process:
Own and continuously improve the monthly IBP cadence across APAC, ensuring timely decision-making and alignment between commercial, supply, and finance teams. Drive the key initiatives across IBP cycle to improve overall IBP maturity and align strategic plan with robust execution 

·       Strategic Alignment and Coordination:

Collaborate with senior leadership, finance, sales, and supply chain to build consensus and resolve conflicts. Ensure business objectives by market are aligned with regional priorities. The gaps in plans are highlighted and escalated, leading to timely decision making and corrective actions.

·       Process & System Ownership:

Implement, maintain, and improve IBP processes and tools. Implement IBP steps lagging in respective markets, set guidelines to improve outcome and regular coach to the respective teams to improve IBP maturity

·       Performance Management:

Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track IBP effectiveness, sales phasing, service levels, inventory health, and execution reliability. Actively participate in daily planning and provide guidance to team members. 

·       Stakeholder Engagement:

Partner with country supply chain teams, regional planning, commercial, and manufacturing teams to ensure transparency and responsiveness in execution.

·       Process Standardization & Best Practices:

Drive harmonization of IBP processes across APAC markets, leveraging global standards while adapting to regional nuances. Oversee the monthly governance process, drive improvement on IBP Process Maturity. Support system/automate tools/analytics developments and advance planning platform transition. Partner with global/ regional function teams to implement best practice ways of working.

·       Build Capabilities:

Partner with D&A and Market teams to roll out and implement new tools and build capabilities for assumption-based forecasting, Risk and Opportunity guidelines and trade Inventory tracking mechanism.

What We Are Looking For

·       Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; master’s preferred.

·       10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Finance, with proven leadership in IBP. Strong understanding of IBP/S&OE processes and supply chain execution dynamics.

·       Technical system skills like familiarity with IBP, forecasting tools, and system integration.

·       Excellent ability to influence, negotiate, manage projects, and lead cross-functional teams.

·       Strong ability to break down complex problems and drive data-based decisions.

·       Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and drive change across diverse groups. 

·       Strong business acumen and proven commercial facing experiences

·       Experience working in a multi-country APAC context is highly desirable.
