What you will do

Supply Chain Analyst – EMEA

Reporting To: Sr. Manager, DP Strategy & IBP Excellence

Location: Prag, Czechia (other EMEA Kenvue location possible)

Position Overview

As a Supply Chain Analyst for the EMEA region, you will be part of the Supply Chain Excellence team. Your will be a key partner to the business in supporting Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Performance Management processes. In this role, you will leverage analytics to drive decision making and process improvements, ensure data accuracy, and facilitate collaboration across functions.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Consolidation and Integrated Business Planning

  • Coordinate and consolidate demand forecasts for the EMEA region, ensuring data accuracy and consistency to support the IBP cycle.

  • Apply analytical methodologies and partner with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights into demand trends, forecast accuracy, and overall business performance.

  • Participate actively in the IBP cycle by providing data-driven insights, supporting scenario planning, and facilitating cross-functional alignment between demand and supply.

Integrated Performance Management

  • Coordinate and consolidate performance metrics to support the Integrated Performance cycle, maintaining high standards of data integrity.

  • Leverage advanced analytics to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement in supply chain performance.

  • Drive continuous improvement by advancing ways of working through automation, data visualization, and innovative analytics techniques.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or a similar analytical role.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, R, or Python.

  • Good knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.

  • Experience with IBP/S&OP processes and related tools.

  • Knowledge of advanced analytics methodologies.

  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., RPA) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
