What you will do

Key Responsibilities:

1. Integrated Performance Management

     · Closely collaborate with regional integrated performance management lead to ensure the synergy between China and region in performance management area, including target setting, measuring, monitoring, etc.

     · Closely collaborate with local Plan/Source/Make/Deliver/Quality partners on operations performance management, translating metrics results into focus areas and bring to local monthly IBP Supply Review forum

     · Continuously improve the effectiveness of Integrated performance management via child level metrics insights deep diving, risk-sensing, performance benchmarking, best practices leveraging

     · Continuously improve the efficiency of Integrated performance management via standardization, digitalization

2. Digitalization

     · Closely collaborate with regional digital lead to ensure the synergy between China and region in digitalization area, including priority setting, tool promoting, UAT, etc.

     · Closely collaborate with local Plan/Source/Make/Deliver/Quality partners driving digital tool visibility and adoption through end users identification, training coordination, adoption rate tracking, user feedback collection

     · Bridging technical partners and business partners continuously identifying digital capability building opportunities towards business value , such as GM2D, AI

3. Others

     · Organize cross functional supply chain optimization or joint value creation workshop when needed, such as VSM workshop

     · Organize external supply chain excellence related event, such as ECR study tour
