What you will do

As the Supply Chain IBP Manager for Self Care – CCFS (Cough, Cold & Flu Season), you will integrate commercial requirements with Supply Chain partners to achieve key business results, including sales, service, and forecast accuracy. You will lead demand and supply planning processes, manage demand planning partners, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with corporate policies. Your responsibilities will encompass seasonal planning, new product introductions, end-of-life management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management and customer service levels.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to support the delivery of key business metrics.

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end demand and supply planning processes for CCFS products, ensuring optimal stock availability, cost efficiency, and alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

  • Develop and implement inventory strategies and lead Seasonal Planning process, ensuring alignment across internal teams and partners.

  • Manage New Product Introductions (NPI) strategy by collaborating cross-functionally to deliver results and mitigate risks in a shifting market landscape, both pre- and post-launch.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leading cross-functional teams to enhance demand planning and supply chain processes for greater responsiveness and agility.

  • Integrate emerging technologies and data-driven approaches to reduce forecast errors and improve customer service levels.

  • Develop and maintain robust stakeholder engagement frameworks, fostering strong partnerships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to translate market insights into actionable strategies.

  • Manage and mentor demand planning teams to ensure accurate statistical forecasting and supply planning integrity.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Sales & Marketing, Demand Planning, and Supply teams to ensure alignment and responsiveness through supply chain insights and scenario simulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in supply chain management, business administration, engineering or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in demand, supply, logistics, or project management within complex supply chain environments.

  • Demonstrated strong understanding of end-to-end processes (Supply to Customer) and associated analytics is required.

  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and regional teams.

  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.

  • Ability to work in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications.

  • Ability to influence across various levels of organization.

  • This position may require up to 5% domestic travel

Desired Qualifications 

  • People management experience is preferred.

  • Proficiency of SAP, APO, AC Nielsen, or other forecasting/planning software.

  • An IBF, APICS and/or Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

  • Oliver Wight/Building Block UDP planning experience.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$124,100.00 - $175,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
