Role reports to: Support Lead

Location: Bangalore, India

What you will do

You will support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing performance of our Aprimo platform. In this dual role, you will work closely with the Senior Aprimo Configurator and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, document user stories, test configurations, and ensure high-quality platform delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution while ensuring system integrity through thorough testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Aprimo configuration, workflows, digital asset management, and user experience.
  • Develop clear and concise user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria to guide configuration and development work.
  • Assist the Senior Configurator in translating business requirements into Aprimo-specific configuration recommendations.
  • Participate in discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and platform demos to validate requirements and refine functionality.
  • Maintain and update business process documentation, requirements logs, and change requests.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing
  • Develop and execute detailed test cases and test plans for Aprimo configurations, workflows, and integrations.
  • Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and alignment with requirements.
  • Track and document bugs, issues, and change requests using project management or ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Validate system performance post-configuration changes and platform updates.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Configurator and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis and/or QA testing, preferably in a marketing operations or digital platform context.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and creative workflows, digital asset management, or project/work management systems.
  • Familiarity with Aprimo or similar platforms (e.g., Workfront, Adobe Workfront DAM, Brandfolder, Bynder, etc.) is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with test management tools and agile/scrum methodologies.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working in a Marketing Technology or Marketing Operations environment.
  • Exposure to enterprise systems integrations (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, CMS, PIM, or CRM systems).
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar.
