HybridWhat you will do
This position reports into Talent Access Operations Senior Manager and is based in Prague. The Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst is responsible for providing support to stakeholders on Talent Access operations solutions and aids, data accuracy and analysis, programs, processes, and systems:
Key Responsibilities
Owning generation of periodical reporting and transmitting it to the business, so strategical decisions can be enabled
Analyze data to identify errors, need for corrections, trends and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements
Supporting the TA Ops team in its efforts to optimize and improve TA systems and processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update recruitment knowledge base articles and policies
Collaborate with our Talent Access and TA Tech teams to support the execution of TA solutions aligned with business direction
Support the implementation of effective TA strategies to guide the organization through periods of change
Other ad hoc administrative tasks, as per our TA Ops projects
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in either administrative, data related roles or in talent acquisition operations
Experience in collaborating with different stakeholders
Familiarity with data analysis, programs, processes, and systems
Drive and collaborative approach
Ability to organize and structure own’s work, with the capability of delivering high qualitive administrative tasks
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Desired Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret data and make strategic recommendations, while identifying data inaccuracy and its reasoning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in data systems and recruitment software to optimize talent acquisition processes is a plus
