What you will do

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent access strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment execution from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Stay up to date with market intelligence, diversity sourcing, industry trends and innovative recruitment techniques to attract top talent.
  • Conduct proactive talent pipeline development to ensure a large and diverse candidate pool.
  • Ensure administrative procedures are accurate and performed in a timely manner to support the recruitment process and contribute to operational excellence.
  • Create and maintain relationships with external partners, such as staffing agencies and job boards.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the talent access team.
