What you will do

  • Manage the recruitment execution from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Design and deliver engaging presentations to promote the company's employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Participate in recruitment and selection projects and recommend changes to the process to increase the attraction and retention of highly qualified applicants.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results in a cooperative and supportive manner.

 

What We Are Looking For

  • 3 ~ 6 years of experience in talent acquisition. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent in a fast-paced environment and delivering consistent results.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to tackle complex challenges.
