What you will do

Develops, motivates and coaches recruiting coordinator staff to ensure that proper processes and practices are being implemented. Maintains knowledge and identifies trends in recruiting such as, wages and salaries, employee benefits, and general personnel practices. Manages the recruitment process to ensure all required data on applicants, processes and the final hiring decision meets company standards. Ensures that exceptions are properly authorized. Monitors applicant flow to insure that the candidate flow is large and diverse. Ensures that administrative procedures are accurate and performed in a timely manner to support the recruitment process. Supervises and evaluates performance of junior staff. Recommends salary increases, promotions, hires and terminations.
