What you will do

The Technology Services Operations Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day systems operations, driving technology initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will lead teams, oversee resources, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, meet customer requirements, and support continuous improvement across the organization:

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Office Work Flow – ensuring portfolio team members' work is moving, bottlenecks and blockers are identified and escalated, and takes on tasks to ensure timely delivery. Portfolio work includes:
    • Tracking Budget, Latest Thinking, Purchase Orders and Spends for projects 
    • Ensuring funding is transferred as needed between countries
    • Submitting requests for Purchase Orders and following-up with approvers   
    • Submitting capitalization reports and respond to finance requests for reconciliations
    • Troubleshooting issues with orders, invoices, capitalization 
  • Submitting Monthly Capital In Process & Open PO responses
  • Partnering w/ Architecture & regional Leads to track budgets / expenses and submit purchases
  • Preparing & Submits Global Capital Request

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Technology, Business, or a related field
  • A minimum of 8  years of progressive experience in technology services management
  • Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs and diverse global teams
  • Strong proficiency in portfolio management tools and data-driven decision-making
  • In-depth understanding of business strategy and ability to translate it into technology solutions
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in people management, including talent development and succession planning
  • Ability to analyze and improve business processes through technology integration and innovation

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in translating business objectives into actionable technology operations strategies
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a track record of inspiring multidisciplinary teams
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile thinking
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current and emerging IT architectures and their business impacts
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage financials, and mitigate risks in a global environment
  • Strong strategic acumen with experience influencing cross-functional enterprise collaboration
  • Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP)
  • Familiarity with Computer Systems Validation
  • Experience driving innovation and operational excellence in technology service delivery

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$124,100.00 - $175,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
