What you will do

To support activities related to technical manufacturing plant support & technical studies on new product development/ technology transfer projects, process improvement & productivity initiatives, material and process trouble shootings studies. And ensure all supporting project are defined, planned, documented and executed in the compliance manner to Kenvue procedures, Regulatory requirement, GMP, EHS&S, Corporate quality standards.

Process development for new product development/tech transfer

  • To provide technical leadership in compliance to technical process requirement for flawless execution and successful launching products into market, partnering closely with other functional team (R&D, Q&C, Supply chain, etc)
  • Conduct technical feasibility studies, including historical data review on product stability and process performance.
  • To design execute lab test and trial run for new product development and reformulation to optimize mixing processes
  • Develop robust manufacturing processes ensuring scalability, compliance, and efficiency

Validation for new product development/tech transfer

  • Be responsible for provides overall technical & validation support to site manufacturing operations group in validation execution (Mixing / Filling / Cleaning).
  • Establish and maintain rigorous qualification and validation protocols for mixing, filling, and cleaning processes.
  • Ensure all validation activities comply with international and local regulatory requirements, GMP, EHS&S, and corporate quality standards.
  • Maintain and update the site validation master plan.

Cost Improvement Projects(CIP)

  •  Conduct technical studies to support local or regional CIP initiative for productivity and / or cost improvement project and identify improvement opportunities to drive productivity and cost improvement which including raw material or process changes which are well defined and planned, documented and ensure execution in manner meeting GMP, health, Safety and Environmental and corporate quality standards.  The scope of CIP project will include but no limited to: -
  • Manufacturing mixing process cycle time improvement
  • Productivity improvement
  • Eliminate non-value-added activities which drive cycle time improvement
  • Process improvement via technology innovation
  • Process Optimization  

Investigations and Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA)

  • To lead technical support on trouble shooting, non-conformance investigation and root cause analysis pertaining to product formula, raw material and mixing process design.  The scope of INV/CAPA support will include but no limited to: -
  • Extend technical support to investigations related to product OOS or process deviation, and Consumer Complaints related to product only
  • Conduct thorough root cause and historical data analysis, identify root cause and assess product impact
  • Conduct laboratory experimentation as needed related to investigations and root cause analysis
  • Write technical justification and other documentation including Product Impact Assessment, Technical Justifications and INV reports

What we are looking for

  • A minimum of BS degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related science is required.
  • 0~2 years of work experience
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Korean and English.
  • Daring spirit to challenge new ways of working and embrace innovation.
  • Positive and proactive mindset to approach tasks and handle complexity effectively
