Iberia Trade Customization Coordinator

What you will do

We are looking for a candidate recently graduated or close to finalize bachelor studies who is willing to learn our supply chain environment. The intern will support Trade Customization Iberia operations , including coordinator with copackers, and contribute to Master Data activities such a product setup and maintenance in internal system and participate in our team providing support in trade customization area.

Main activities:

  • Support on trade customization areas (promotions, local customization products) from leading the project to the execution.

  • Be a key contact between KVUE and our local partners to follow up on existing projects and in the co-packing execution

  • Prepare and transmit to our copackers the promo specifications.

  • Manage materials for promo with our suppliers to ensure all is in line with the design and ready for the production

  • Liaise with other suppliers to manage new projects / on going initiatives.

  • Support in Master Data activities ensuring accurate product setup and data maintenance in internal system.

Skills:

  • Fresh graduate from ADE, marketing, or similar

  • English

  • Portuguese (preferred)

  • Excel (preferred)

  • SAP  (Valued)

  • Problem solving

  • Ability to work in a dinamic environment
