What you will do

Role Overview

The Customization Planner is responsible for ensuring optimal supply availability of locally customized packs to support monthly sales forecasts. This role plays a critical part in balancing demand and supply, minimizing risks, and driving short-term operational execution to support business continuity and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure sufficient supply of customized packs aligned with monthly sales forecasts

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Commercial) and external partners to maintain demand-supply balance

  • Monitor supply risks proactively and drive mitigation plans to prevent sales loss or excess waste

  • Lead execution of short-term (up to 3-month horizon) sales and operations plans

  • Track inventory levels, production plans, and material availability to ensure smooth supply flow

  • Support S&OP process by providing inputs, updates, and risk visibility

  • Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and supply reliability

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2–5 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or related roles

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions

  • Proactive mindset with strong risk management capability

  • Good communication skills in English and Thai

  • Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment is a plus
