HybridWhat you will do
The TRADE OPERATIONS ANALYST will assist in conducting analysis, supporting supplier assessments, and providing insights on financial and market trends to enhance supply chain operations. This role will involve identifying cost-saving opportunities and participating in continuous improvement initiatives under the guidance of the Trade Operations Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of trade operations strategies to enhance efficiency and support cost control initiatives.
- Conduct analysis of market trends and competitor activities to help identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of trade operations and its costs.
- Help monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Contribute to the optimization of trade operations and costs in alignment with business objectives under the supervision of senior team members.
- Participate in discussions with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders as needed.
- Support operational excellence in import and export operations from both financial and operational perspectives.
- Act as a point of contact for operational issues at the regional level and assist in collaboration with global teams.
- Provide support to team members and assist in their professional development.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in trade operations or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support strategic decision-making.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of logistics costs, customs regulations, and trade programs
- Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring data accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- English - Advanced level
Desired Qualifications
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to think critically and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Basic financial acumen with an understanding of cost categorization in P&L statements.
- Familiarity with SAP and advanced tools for costs control, trade compliance and global trade operations management is a plus.
