HybridWhat you will do
The Trade Promotions Lead (TPL) delivers high-impact prepack programs and drives operational excellence across Kenvue’s portfolio. You will lead complex, high-volume prepack execution with strong forecast discipline and take-rate accountability—ensuring product readiness, accurate allocations, and retailer compliance. As a key connector across Sales, Trade Customization, Strategy, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning, you’ll bring deep systems and retailer knowledge, crisp communication, and the agility to make fast, informed decisions when priorities shift. You will also help onboard new team members and champion process and system enhancements that improve visibility, reporting efficiency, and day-to-day decision-making.
Kenvue Canada's corporate office is currently located in Markham, ON but is scheduled to move to North York (Yonge and Sheppard area) in or around Q3 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Lead large-scale, complex prepack programs—including seasonal categories (e.g., Sun and Holiday)—from planning through flawless execution.
Own end-to-end prepack delivery aligned to retailer timelines—from ECCNet readiness to mitigation of slow-moving and obsolete products.
Partner with Sales Account Managers to translate customer requirements into effective execution across national and customer-specific programs.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Customization, Strategy, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning to manage high volumes of forecast and timing changes driven by retailer needs.
Strengthen allocation and financial discipline by tracking planned vs. executed volumes and supporting delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual commitments.
Stay close to brand strategies and retailer priorities by participating in seasonal readiness forums and monthly category share-outs.
Enable teams through training and continuous improvement across key platforms (e.g., PRF/Lynx and the Tableau Prepack Dashboard) to improve visibility, accuracy, and decisions.
Represent display component and prepack requirements in enterprise-wide initiatives.
Collaborate with Deliver teams to meet prepack order dates and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks and disruptions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline is preferred.
6–8+ years of experience in Sales, retail activation, trade promotions, or a closely related field.
Exceptional communication and influence skills—able to align diverse stakeholders, drive decisions, and keep execution on track.
Proven success in a matrixed environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities while balancing speed, accuracy, and stakeholder needs.
Strong ownership mindset combined with the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, team-based environment.
Demonstrated accountability and an outside-in, customer-focused mindset with an eye to enterprise impact.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong systems fluency and a continuous-improvement mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity.
Advanced proficiency with data and reporting tools (spreadsheets, presentations, dashboards); SAP experience is an asset
