What you will do

Kenvue is seeking a highly motivated Transportation Digital Solutions & Automation, Manager to drive reporting, analytics, automation, and digital transformation initiatives within the Global Transportation organization. This role will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable analytics solutions, automating critical business processes, improving data quality, and enabling data-driven decision making across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Digital Transformation

  • Lead the development of reporting, analytics, and automation solutions using Power BI, SQL, KNIME, Python, and Power Automate.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and eliminate non-value-added activities.
  • Develop scalable workflows that support transportation, logistics, and supply chain operations.
  • Implement automated monitoring, exception reporting, and data quality controls.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

TMS/ERP integration

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for TMS/ERP integration projects
  • Support all phases of implementation, including configuration, functional testing, training, and cutover.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specs, use cases, and configuration documents.

Data Management & Governance

  • Partner with business and technical teams to improve data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Lead root cause analysis and resolution of data quality issues.
  • Define and maintain business rules, documentation, and governance standards.
  • Ensure reporting and automation solutions align with enterprise data governance requirements.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Act as a subject matter expert for analytics and automation capabilities.
  • Promote best practices in reporting, automation, and process optimization.
  • Drive innovation through emerging technologies and advanced analytics techniques.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, automation, or digital transformation roles.
  • Proven record in TMS/ERP integration projects
  • Experience with platforms like SAP TM, Oracle Transportation Management, Manhattan Associates, or Blue Yonder.
  • Integration Expertise: Understanding of APIs, middleware (like SAP CPI), and data exchange with WMS or ERP systems.
  • Logistics/Supply chain/Transportation Background: Familiarity with freight audit, carrier onboarding, route optimization, and shipping compliance. (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a global environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure, and API integration.
