What you will do

What you will do 

The Belgium Treasury Operations Analyst reports directly to the Treasury Operations Manager and is responsible for supporting bank connectivity and day-to-day cash management activities.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure cash visibility for all affiliates globally

• Ensures both SWIFT bank connectivity for bank account statements from all our global banks and interfaces with all relevant target systems for accounting, accounts receivables, accounts payables.
• Ensures daily management of the processes; in case of issues: investigates, communicates and solves with relevant Business Partners.
• On a daily basis, you work with global banks and global business partners across Kenvue: Various Regional Treasury Service Centers, IT Treasury, Treasury and Cash Accounting teams, Back Office, all relevant Teams relying on bank statements.
• You will act as treasury point of contact for our Enterprise SAP S/4 Hana implementation projects.
• You will actively support the implementation of our new Treasury Management System.

Support day-to-day cash management activities of the Belgian Kenvue treasury center

• Support cash management of the treasury entity, allowing centralized cash management, liquidity and risk management through processing of treasury transactions, operations funding and upstreaming of cash to our headquarters.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• A Masters degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics 
• Strong analytic skills – demonstrated experience with data analysis and root cause resolution 

• Ability to develop strong working relationships with a broad range of individuals 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills . Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong capabilities in MS Excel
• Experience in Treasury Operations, Finance, Accounting or related
• Intellectual agility, curiosity, and creativity 
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience
