HybridWhat you will do
We are seeking a UX Writer / Content Designer who combines user‑centered thinking with strong content creation skills. This role goes beyond interface copy to include content writing, video scripting, and campaign planning, ensuring consistent, engaging, and impactful communication across digital products and marketing touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, change management team, and developers to craft content that enhances usability, drives engagement, and supports business goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Create clear, concise, and user‑focused UI copy, including microcopy, labels, error messages, tooltips, onboarding flows, and in‑app guidance
· Ensure content aligns with user needs, accessibility standards, and inclusive language practices
· Contribute to and maintain content standards, voice, tone, and design systems
· Participate in usability testing and incorporate insights into content improvements
· Write high‑quality long‑form and short‑form content such as website pages, blogs, product narratives, FAQs, help content, and internal communications
· Adapt messaging for different audiences, platforms, and stages of the user journey
· Create engaging video scripts for product demos, onboarding videos, explainers, campaigns, and internal communications
· Collaborate with designers, video editors, and product teams to ensure scripts align with visual storytelling and brand tone
· Translate complex ideas into simple, compelling narratives suitable for video formats
· Contribute to the planning and execution of content and marketing campaigns
· Develop campaign messaging frameworks, key value propositions, and content calendars
· Ensure consistency of messaging across UX, marketing, and communication channels
· Support go‑to‑market initiatives with user‑centric storytelling
· Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency
· Efficiently manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, to express complex & technical issues.
· Work within deadlines, in a dynamic environment and across different time-zones.
· Estimate and plan tasks and timelines accurately.
· Be open to feedback, critique, and co-creation with internal & external stakeholders.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, UX Design, or a related field
· 3-5 years of experience in UX writing content design, content writing, or digital communications
· Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles and content strategy
· Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
· Experience working with design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
· Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams
· Portfolio demonstrating UX writing and content work (required)Proficiency with industry-standard design and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate, Illustrator)
· Profound understanding of motion graphics techniques, encompassing keyframing, animation, and visual effects.
· Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to articulate conceptual ideas to diverse stakeholders, fostering productive relationships.
· Support localization efforts and ensure content is culturally appropriate and translatable.
· Experience in harnessing and optimizing AI tools for scalability, efficiency, and precision.
· Ability to manage workload priorities and meet pivotal project deadlines.
· Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented setting
Desired Qualifications
· Master’s degree or equivalent in English, Communications, Journalism, UX Design, or a related field
· Experience in Supply Chain/ Commercial domain or with any CPG company is preferred.
· Experience managing multiple priorities
· An attentive observer and listener; quickly grasps the smallest details of stakeholder’s business challenge; embraces complexity.
· Experience with UX research, usability testing, and content validation
· Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design
· Experience creating content for web, mobile apps, and multimedia formats
· Knowledge of brand strategy, campaign execution, and go‑to‑market messaging
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
· Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and experience with localization and internationalization.
