What you will do

DCL VASプランナーは、日本市場におけるVAS（付加価値サービス）品目の高い顧客サービスレベルを実現する責任を担います。これは、販売予測（デマンドプランナー作成）とVASベンダーの生産能力をバランスさせ、ビジネス戦略と整合させることが求められます。本ポジションでは、社内の複数部署と連携しながら、VAS計画の推進および実行、新規VAS品目の適切な導入に向けた調整を行います。

主な業務内容：

顧客サービス

VAS品目に関わる顧客サービスのプロセスを関係者が理解するよう周知
デマンドプランニングチームと連携し、最適なサービスレベルを実現
サービス未達成の要因を分析し、再発防止策を提案・実行
新規VAS品目の進捗管理

企画の承認から市場出荷までのタイムラインを関係者と調整
新規VAS品目の導入スケジュールを管理
スケジュール調整や変更のための議論を主導
VAS品目の計画と実行

構成製品の在庫確認
包装資材の在庫管理
VAS品目および包装資材の購買発注書（PO）作成
ベンダー請求書の処理
VASベンダーの能力計画
主要業績指標（KPI）：

OTIF-S
計画達成率
新規VAS品目のスケジュール通りの導入件数

募集要項

学士号取得
いずれかの分野で3年以上の実務経験
できればサプライチェーン関連分野で3年以上の実務経験
Microsoft Excel、PowerPoint、Wordの操作スキル
日本語：流暢
英語：中級レベル（読み書き・会話）

資格：APICSまたはIBF
以下の経験：
購買発注の実務
生産・出荷スケジュールの調整
在庫管理
サプライヤーとの関係構築およびマネジメント
SAP R/3、APO、ガントチャートの使用経験
リーダーシップ：
大人数の会議で議論を主導
合意形成ができる
