What will you do
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for loading and unloading delivery trucks, organizing and verifying incoming products, preparing and assembling materials for shipment, and maintaining proper storage and labeling. You will also participate in inventory audits and perform general housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and efficient warehouse environment:
Key Responsibilities
Production Material
- Goods reception of returned material/raw materials.
- Work with internal material flow (orders, returns, internal transports between our warehouse).
Finished Goods
- Handling of pallets coming from production for further delivery to our customers.
Inventory
- Regular inventory of all stock through "cyclical" inventory as well as annual Wall to Wall inventory of all stock within MD.
Waste Management
- Handling and recycling according to established company procedures.
Forklift Operations within the Business
- Follow the company's rules and procedures! Perform tasks within the scope of the forklift certificate and assigned responsibilities within the department.
- Material Handling and Distribution, MD.
- To operate a forklift with safe behavior and not take unnecessary risks.
- To obtain certification for the assigned certificates.
- To follow safety in the department.
- To follow the company's personnel policies.
- To read SOPs and carry out training via designated systems.
- To follow the company's GMP requirements for the operations.
- To follow the company's SOX requirements for the operations
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent educational qualification
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant warehouse or material handling experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of the team
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively with attention to detail
- Physical capability to safely lift and handle loads
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to operate warehouse equipment with precision
- Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to workplace challenges
- Familiarity with inventory management and shipping documentation processes
- Proficiency in using inventory management software or willingness to quickly adapt to new technologies
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to foster a collaborative and efficient warehouse environment
- Track record of reliability and achievement in previous roles preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills to creatively address logistical challenges within a fast-paced environment
